Shipping

We pay for your ground shipping for orders of $400 and more. We subsidize the costs for ground shipping smaller orders and for 2nd and Next Day Air.

All deliveries of any size made to a residential or home office address will incur a $5 per box surcharge assessed by the carrier. If the carrier determines at delivery that an address previously identified as a business is actually a residence, they assess double this fee. We will pass this assessment on to you. Please provide a business shipping address if at all possible. It is safer for your wine and less expensive for you.

Shipping laws are always changing and you, as the buyer, are solely responsible for the shipment of alcoholic beverage products into your state. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. Restrictions on quantity, special permits, and local sales or use tax may apply for some destinations. You are responsible for following your states regulations.

Your wine will be delivered to you at WW Shipping Solutions' temperature controlled facility in the Napa Valley where it will be carefully packed, strapped, and shipped. Your order constitutes your authorization to engage a common carrier on your behalf to deliver your wine.

If you are unable to provide a shipping address in a state to which we can legally ship, you do have some options. WW Shipping Solutions may be able to arrange legal shipment of your wine while we cannot. You should contact them directly via email or call 800-557-9233. Additionally, you can set up an account with 55° (Website / 707-963-5513), All Ways Cool (Website / 707-545-7450) or Vinfolio (Website / 800-969-1961). These companies offer wine collectors secure, temperature controlled storage, cellar management, and access to their wine collections close to Northern California's finest wineries.

Note that if we deliver your wine to you or your agent in California, we must charge you California sales tax.

We are unable to offer personal pickup or storage of your wine except in cases of of weather holds.
